This contract awards the provider company the execution of industrial services directly at the state oil company’s facilities, consolidating their commercial alliance within the Kingdom’s industrial sector.
Technical Scope, Industrial Services, and Operational Disciplines
The scope of the agreement covers multiple critical technical disciplines for Aramco’s operational continuity. The contractor company will undertake maintenance, assembly, and support activities in the areas of mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, communications, painting, and structural civil works.
The awarding of these specialized works reflects the energy sector’s confidence in meeting the safety standards and operational excellence required by the state company.
The contractual structure establishes an initial execution period of six years. Furthermore, the document includes the option to extend operations for two additional periods of three years each, which could extend the total duration of the alliance up to a maximum of twelve years.
This potential extension ensures a constant flow of activity for the provider and strengthens the organization’s position among energy industry players in the region.
