Fluor Corporation was selected by Aramco as a program management consultant under a long-term agreement aimed at supporting the Saudi company’s global portfolio of capital projects.
With this agreement, Fluor will be able to deploy its international experience, local talent and digital project delivery capabilities in large-scale energy and industrial initiatives.
PMC services for energy projects
The scope includes pre-FEED, FEED, engineering, project management, procurement supervision, construction management, and program execution services.
Furthermore, the agreement opens up future opportunities in exploration and production developments, refining, petrochemicals and infrastructure, crucial areas within Aramco’s energy chain.
An agreement focused on operational efficiency
Pierre Bechelany, president of Fluor’s Energy Solutions Group, highlighted that the selection supports Aramco’s objectives in energy security, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
The company also noted that the contract recognizes its expertise in program management, capital discipline, and the secure execution of complex projects.

Fluor has a track record of more than 80 years in Saudi Arabia and has participated in relevant infrastructure and facilities programs for Aramco.
Therefore, the new agreement strengthens a long-standing relationship between both companies and positions Fluor as a technical partner for the execution of highly complex energy and industrial projects.
