The deployment included three loading cycles between the quayside and the Maersk Lifter vessel , led by Captain Carsten Andersen. During these trials, the system demonstrated exceptional robustness and efficiency, exceeding expectations with increasingly faster connection times. This achievement highlights Stillstrom’s ability to operate in challenging conditions, moving towards its full-scale deployment in maritime operations .

The Stillstrom eCharger system is designed to support wind farm operations and other offshore activities, offering a sustainable alternative to reduce dependence on fossil fuels in maritime transport. This technology represents an important bridge towards the energy transition in key sectors.
