Kent will join Aramco’s bidding panels for future engineering, procurement, and project management opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
The engineering company Kent signed long-term agreements and project management consulting agreements with Aramco. The operation strengthens its activity in Saudi Arabia and expands its options to participate in future energy sector projects.
According to the company, the agreements will allow Kent to be part of Aramco’s bidding committees. These panels will evaluate potential engineering, procurement, and construction works under the EPC model and PMC consulting services.
EPC and PMC Agreements with Aramco Drive Kent’s Growth
Specifically, the opportunities will be related to brownfield projects. This type of work is carried out on existing industrial facilities and usually includes expansions, technical improvements, equipment modernization, or changes in operational processes.
Therefore, inclusion in the bidding panels does not represent an automatic award of projects. However, it allows Kent to compete for future contracts included in Aramco’s investment and maintenance programs.
Likewise, the agreements cover Project Management Consultancy services. Through this scheme, Kent will be able to provide planning, cost control, risk management, technical coordination, and execution monitoring.
Agreements Strengthen Kent’s Presence in Saudi Arabia
The signing consolidates the relationship that both companies have maintained for several years. Saudi Arabia continues to be a relevant market for Kent due to the volume of planned investments in oil, gas, refining, and other energy areas.
