Transpetro is strengthening its position as Latin America’s largest logistics company for the oil, gas, and low-carbon products sectors by advancing a strategic agenda that combines operational excellence, multimodal expansion, and the development of new business opportunities. In a global landscape shaped by the energy transition and the growing demand for efficient and safe solutions, the company is expanding its role as an integrated logistics provider.
With an infrastructure that includes 46 terminals (25 waterway and 21 inland terminals), approximately 8,500 kilometers of pipelines, and a fleet of 32 vessels, Transpetro connects different stages of the energy sector’s logistics chain, serving more than 130 clients, including fuel distributors, petrochemical companies, and other oil and gas industry players.
Transpetro’s growth is reflected in the results achieved over the past several years. In 2025, the company achieved a record-high throughput, delivering more than 658 million cubic meters of crude oil and petroleum products to its customers. This performance reflects the achievement of the ambitious strategic targets set forth in the Business Plan, which have driven the improvement of the company’s financial and operational results reported in recent years.
The company’s operations are supported by high operational safety standards, with a strong focus on people’s safety, environmental stewardship, and asset integrity.
Portfolio expansion and multimodal operations
Transpetro’s operations are built on the integration of multiple transportation modes and logistics assets, combining pipeline, land, inland waterway, and maritime transportation. This infrastructure includes oil and gas pipelines, waterway and inland terminals, single-point moorings, coastal and deep-sea vessels, truck loading facilities, and a range of other logistics solutions.
This integrated network provides greater operational flexibility and optimizes logistics flows in a sector that demands reliability, efficiency, and scale. Within this context, the company has been expanding its portfolio of integrated logistics solutions, with a focus on operational predictability and value creation for its customers.
One of the key drivers of this strategy is expansion into new business segments. In 2025, the incorporation of Petrobras Logística de Exploração e Produção (PBLog) marked Transpetro’s entry into offshore marine support and emergency response services, expanding its scope of operations and creating new business opportunities.
The company also advanced the diversification of its transportation modes in inland waterway navigation through the acquisition of barges and push boats, expanding its operations in protected and partially protected waterways such as rivers, lakes, canals, bays, and lagoons. The vessels will be deployed to support marine fuel supply (bunkering) operations at strategic hubs across Brazil. This initiative expands the company’s operational capabilities and enables the delivery of logistics solutions tailored to a variety of navigation environments.
These initiatives strengthen Transpetro’s integrated operations, expand its presence in new markets, and support the development of solutions aimed, among other areas, at the logistics of low-carbon products.
Fleet expansion and innovation
Another key pillar of Transpetro’s growth strategy is the Open Sea Program, which calls for the renewal and expansion of the company’s owned fleet with more efficient and sustainable vessels.
The initiative includes the acquisition of new vessels for transporting crude oil and petroleum products along the Brazilian coast, with the potential to expand the company’s logistics capacity. The new assets incorporate technologies designed to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions, in alignment with international maritime industry standards and guidelines.
The acquisition of dynamically positioned vessels for offshore operations also enhances Transpetro’s operational capabilities in activities related to oil production, particularly marine support operations.
Sustainability and energy transition
Transpetro’s ESG agenda is fully integrated into the company’s strategy and guides its efforts in energy efficiency, emissions reduction, and operational innovation.
Key initiatives include the installation of solar power plants at terminals and the use of fuels containing renewable content, as well as projects focused on improving the energy efficiency of the fleet and operations.
The company is also investing in logistics solutions for biofuels and other lowcarbon products, supporting the ongoing transformation of the energy sector.
As part of its social responsibility initiatives, Transpetro invested more than R$16 million in 2025, focusing on workforce development, incomegenerating inclusion, and the advancement of communities surrounding its operations.

The company’s strategy for the 2026–2030 period includes the development of new business opportunities, the expansion of logistics infrastructure, and the diversification of its service portfolio, including new solutions related to the transportation and handling of fuels, biofuels, and low-carbon products.
