Greenvolt Power and BYD Energy Storage have signed a major agreement to develop two flagship energy storage projects in Poland. These projects are in full construction phases and are estimated to have a combined capacity of 400 MW ( equivalent to 1.6 GWh) .

Radek Nowak, CEO of Greenvolt Power , mentioned that this agreement strengthens the company’s position in Europe, while highlighting the commitment to sustainability and the future of renewable energy in the country. This energy storage system is a key element to ensure the long-term viability and profitability of the company’s investments.
With this agreement, Greenvolt Power strengthens its international expansion, particularly in Europe, where it remains a benchmark in the development of energy storage systems. The company has a total BESS ( Battery Energy Storage Systems ) capacity of 2.6 GW, which underlines its relevance in the global market.
The agreement with BYD Energy Storage is just the latest in a series of collaborations the company is undertaking to improve Europe’s energy infrastructure. These projects will be operational in the coming years, representing a significant investment in the region’s energy transition.
