Currently, 40 wells on the Harmony and Heritage platforms are active, with output that will stabilize at 700 barrels per day per well once activation of the 74 planned units is completed.

Likewise, the Hondo platform is preparing to begin operations in June 2026. This facility is estimated to reach a maximum capacity of 10,000 barrels of crude oil per day, representing a significant advancement for offshore assets.

From an economic standpoint, the organization projects a capital investment of $180 million by the end of the current year. This resource flow will be primarily allocated to facility modernization and ensuring the integrity of transportation systems.

Furthermore, support from the federal government under the Defense Production Act has been a determining factor in this progress. The company is maintaining discussions to obtain additional credit support while advancing the refinancing of its financial commitments during the second quarter.

Finally, the company maintains a firm stance against state regulatory pressures. Legal proceedings are underway against the California Coastal Commission and Santa Barbara County, seeking multimillion-dollar compensation for permit blockages and overreach of authority.

Coordination with the Department of Justice to modify existing decrees seeks to ensure that U.S. oil production continues without undue interruptions, thereby protecting jobs and energy market stability.
