Expro secures $10M contracts for Neptun Deep project in Romania

Expro strengthens its presence in Romania with multi-million-dollar contracts for the development of the Neptun Deep project.

Expro, the global leader in energy services, has secured key contracts totalling over $10 million with OMV Petrom for the Neptun Deep gas project in the Black Sea . This project, of vital importance for Romania’s energy security, focuses on deepwater natural gas production and is one of the largest developments in the region.

Advanced technologies for Neptun Deep

Expro has been selected to provide advanced technologies including Subsea Landing String (SSLS), SeaCure cementing technology and Pipe Installation Services (TRS), as well as Coretrax Advance drilling tools.

With these solutions, Expro will support OMV Petrom’s expansion in the Romanian offshore zone, reinforcing its presence in the country and improving the energy infrastructure.

Expro’s expansion into Eastern Europe

In recent months, Expro has invested in establishing a new office in Bucharest and increasing its local workforce. Expro’s expansion in the region reinforces its commitment to energy supply and to the growing demand for energy in Europe.
