Seal for Life Industries launched a new ARO coating under the POWERCRETE brand: DD 410. This new product joins a range of liquid epoxy polymer coatings designed for the protection of oil pipelines .
POWERCRETE DD 410 has the following characteristics:
- Gelation time increased by 150%.
- 60% improvement in transfer efficiency.
- It stands out for its exceptional resistance to cuts, being an industry leader in this aspect.
New product for the protection of oil pipelines
The product will be produced at Seal for Life Industries’ Houston facility, which began operations earlier this year. POWERCRETE® DD 410 represents a new generation of solvent-free epoxy ARO polymer concrete coatings, offering high-performance protection for FBE-coated pipe in applications such as directional drilling, push (slippery) drilling, and mining.
Its design is specifically oriented for direct application on the main FBE coating of a pipe, providing resistance in rough terrain conditions.

DD 410 will join the POWERCRETE portfolio as a robust material to address the most demanding applications”.
The Houston Center is the latest addition to Seal For Life’s manufacturing facility, marking the second location in the area. With 60,000 square feet of space, this facility provides faster delivery times, efficient distribution, state-of-the-art research and testing facilities, and more than 200 years of combined coatings manufacturing experience.
