ADNOC has announced a new phase of growth with the awarding of projects worth 200 billion AED for the 2026-2028 period, consolidating its expansion strategy and its ability to meet growing global energy demand.

ADNOC initiates a new phase of large-scale execution

In this context, the UAE state-owned company reinforces the execution of its previously approved capital expenditure plan, activating a stage focused on the accelerated delivery of projects across its entire value chain.

Thus, the awards cover both upstream activities and downstream, allowing ADNOC to advance with an integrated vision of the energy business. This strategy seeks to improve operational efficiency while increasing productive capacity.

Boost for local industry and the ICV program

Furthermore, the announcement was made during the “Make it With ADNOC” forum, an event that brought together EPC contractors with 70 local manufacturers certified under the Local+ program.

This program, aligned with the In-Country Value (ICV) initiative, prioritizes the use of “Made in the Emirates” products in the company’s projects. In this way, ADNOC strengthens the national industrial ecosystem and encourages the participation of local suppliers.

Likewise, the company seeks to increase the country’s industrial resilience through greater integration among manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors.

Strategic collaboration and industrial opportunities

The forum also provided visibility into ADNOC’s multi-billion dollar project portfolio, generating new manufacturing and collaboration opportunities.

With over 400 attendees from both public and private entities, the event demonstrated confidence in the industrial base of the United Arab Emirates. It also highlighted a more agile approach to project execution based on long-term partnerships and greater transparency in processes.

Expansion of the industrial ecosystem

In line with this strategy, ADNOC announced new initiatives to connect local manufacturers with buyers and contractors, expanding opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises.

This momentum coincides with the celebration of “Make it in the Emirates 2026,” consolidating the country’s role as a growing industrial hub within the global energy sector.
