Ana Ludlow is Vice President of Government Affairs and Sustainability at ENGIE and President of the Energy Committee of the National Chamber of Industrial Transformation. She has served as CEO of TAG Pipelines South and has overseen and managed 22 power plants in New England. He has more than two decades holding high-level positions in the energy, electricity and natural gas sectors, in Mexico and the United States.

Malvin Delgado is an international business leader in the energy sector, customer advocate, inspiration and entrepreneur with proven experience in business management, strategic planning, as well as in the execution of tactical plans to achieve the growth of companies in the energy sector: Oil, Gas, Renewables and Services. Before joining Picarro As Director of Sales and Customer Engagement, Malvin has worked in leadership roles for TD Williamson, Baker Huge, GE, SIEMENS, SHELL, PDVSA, as well as other major energy companies in roles related to business development, sales, operations, and project management in North America, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East.
Martín García Perciante, Leader of Development of New Energies – Ecopetrol Hydrogen
Martín García Penciante has more than 17 years of experience in the electricity sector, having worked in traditional generation companies, in the energy distribution and commercialization businesses, distributed generation, energy efficiency, and in the development of solar energy projects, wind, CHP, storage and hybrid systems, both in Colombia and at a regional level in Latin America and the Caribbean, mainly. Since January of this year, he has been the Hydrogen Leader in Ecopetrol ‘s New Energies Department, leading the team in charge of implementing hydrogen and derivative production projects for the mobility, local industrial production and export markets sectors. .
Ulises Neri Flores, Vice Chair Mexico-Expert Group on Resource Management ONU-UNECE
Ulises Neri is a petroleum engineer graduated from UNAM, where he is also a professor, has a master’s degree from the French Petroleum Institute and doctoral studies at the Paris business school. His professional career began in the Schlumberger company carrying out projects in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Cuba, France and Venezuela, later he joined the National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH) in which he served as director of reserves, director of measurement and Head of the extraction unit. Subsequently, he held a diplomatic position representing Mexico before international organizations such as the OECD, the International Energy Agency, the UN and OPEC From 2019 to 2021 he held the position of Director General of Development in the National Content Unit of the Ministry of Economy He currently holds the position of Vice Chair for Mexico in the group of experts on extractive industries of the UN UNECE and executive director of the UN center of excellence for sustainable resource management (Water, Oil and Gas, Sustainable Energy) for Mexico and Latin America.
Israel Hurtado, President of the Mexican Association of Hydrogen and Sustainable Mobility
Israel Hurtado is a renowned writer, speaker and consultant on energy and sustainability, he has stood out for promoting renewable energy, green hydrogen and sustainability. Israel Hurtado has led the Mexican Hydrogen Association since late 2020, and is an energy industry veteran who has worked at Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), the Energy Secretariat (Sener) and the Commission Energy Regulatory Agency (CRE), where he was commissioner from 2006 to 2011. A lawyer by profession, in addition to his work in the Mexican Hydrogen Association, Hurtado is a partner of the Sustainable Energy consultancy, focused on promoting the development of the industry through energy infrastructure projects, and is Acting President of the Mexican Academy of Energy Law.
Francesco Solari – Host, CEO and President of Inspenet
Francesco Solari, is a mechanical and metal-mechanic engineer, graduated from USB, with three decades of experience as a specialist inspector in Non-Destructive Testing (END) and coordination of plant shutdowns. He is a member of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT / The American Society for Nondestructive Testing) and was awarded the International Quality Summit Award. He currently serves as CEO of INSPENET LLC and INSPFALCA LATIN AMERICAN SERVICES.
