World Quality Day is celebrated on the second Thursday in November. Since 1989, this day has been promoted by the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) with the aim of raising awareness among businesses, governments and academia about the importance of continuous improvement and efficient quality management in all sectors.
World Quality Day
Since 2021, this commemoration has been extended to World Quality Week , which this year takes place from 11 to 17 November. This extensive approach reaffirms the commitment to excellence and the need to implement standards such as ISO 9001 to optimise processes and ensure global competitiveness.
In today’s business environment, quality is more than a requirement: it is a strategic necessity. Organizations that integrate these principles ensure compliance and outstanding performance, inspiring confidence and ensuring satisfaction among consumers.
