Nordex Group will supply 72 N175/6.X wind turbines for Türkerler Holding’s YEKA-5 R25 Sivas project, with a total capacity of approximately 525 MW.
Nordex will supply 72 N175/6.X turbines to Sivas
Nordex Group received a new order from Türkerler Holding to develop approximately 525 MW of wind power capacity in Türkiye, through the supply and installation of 72 N175/6.X wind turbines.
The contract corresponds to proyecto eólico YEKA-5 R25 Sivas, located in the province of Sivas. There, 72 units of the Delta4000 platform with a hub height of 108 meters will be installed.
Furthermore, the agreement includes a ten-year Premium service contract. This period can be extended to a maximum of 25 years, thus extending the relationship between the wind turbine manufacturer and the Turkish group during the project’s operational phase.
The installation will begin in 2027
Furthermore, the installation of the first turbine is expected to begin during the third quarter of 2027. The site’s consistent wind conditions were identified as suitable for the technical characteristics of the N175/6.X model.

Furthermore, the agreement ensures the continuity of the commercial relationship between Nordex and Türkerler Holding, a company with activities in sectors such as energy, construction, healthcare, real estate development, electricity distribution and marketing, renewable energy and public-private partnership projects.
Nordex increases its presence in the Turkish wind market
With the addition of the 525 MW from the project, Nordex indicated that it reaches a cumulative market share of 34% in Türkiye’s wind energy sector.
Ender Özatay the company’s vice president in Türkiye and the Middle East described the agreement as the largest single turbine contract in the Turkish wind market for the company.
The executive also linked the order to the competitiveness of the N175/6.X technology and the capacity of Nordex’s local supply chain. The company had previously participated in projects under the YEKA scheme.
A portfolio focused on onshore wind turbines
Currently, Nordex focuses its catalog on onshore wind turbines of between 4 and more than 7 MW since 1985, the group has installed more than 64 GW of wind power capacity in more than 40 markets.
In addition, the company recorded consolidated sales of close to 7.6 billion euros during 2025 and has more than 11,100 employees.
Its industrial structure includes factories in Germany, Spain, Brazil, India, and the United States. With the new Sivas project, the manufacturer expands its contracted portfolio in Turkey with one of its highest-capacity models within the Delta4000 platform.
