The need of the industry to detect and quantify hidden corrosion in above ground storage tanks in the critical zone while in service and the importance of reliably sizing corrosion in piping at supports and hidden areas saw the evolution of a partnership between Centre for Non-Destructive Evaluation (CNDE) at Indian Institute of Technology (IITM), Dhvani Research and the Escon Group of companies leading to the formation of Escon Dhvani International that utilizes the power of Ultrasonic Higher Order Cluster (HOMC) Guided waves to detect and reliably size corrosion in Tanks and Piping.

The coming together of strong R&D at CNDE and Industry Field Experience at Esconwith the ability to manufacture rugged field systems at Dhvani Research has lead to the growth of the HOMC Technology through Escon Dhvani International.

Technology development and equipment manufactured is available across different continents for easier deployment of the same as a service to our customers directly and through our strategic partners in the United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East.
