During the 2024 International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA) conference, various representative from Honeywell gave a words to the Inspenet team where they were showcasing its innovative Embraer Fusion series controller. Honeywell at ILTA 2024: New Controller Optimizes Oil Terminal Operations

Thilakaratne highlighted the controller’s ability to precisely measure and account for transferred oil products, ensuring accurate delivery to customers. This accuracy is crucial for terminal operations, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.

“This controller is primarily installed in loading or unloading areas of our terminals,” explained a Honeywell representative during an interview at the ILTA booth. “We use these controllers to precisely and accurately account for the transferred oil product to another customer.”

The interview also emphasized the controller’s remote access capabilities. Users can monitor and manage the system remotely through a connected computer software, offering flexibility and convenience for control room personnel. Additionally, the system integrates seamlessly with various terminal management systems, both from Honeywell and third-party vendors.
