Enel Colombia has reached an agreement for the sale of the Cartagena Thermal Power Plant and its entire stake in the Cartagena Central Port Company to SMN Termocartagena. This agreement will enter into force as of December 1, 2023, at which time the SMN Termocartagena group will assume the management and operation of this power generation plant.
