• Pressure system integrity management (PSIM): supports risk prioritization at the line and defect level by incorporating observed physical condition and defect data into pressure system integrity workflows.

Selected projects and relationships

ABYSS holds an R&D contract with Petrobras covering Ativo360, with an announced initial scope across Petrobras’ offshore platform fleet.

In the Gulf of Mexico, ABYSS has onboarded and continues to serve an entire fleet of offshore facilities for one of the largest operators in the United States. On projects of this scale, topside data classified by ABYSS reaches up to a 95% coverage in months, against roughly 20% a year by manual walkdown.

Other projects done for supermajor operators have estimated a 60% reduction in Inspection and maintenance scoping costs when using ABYSS Fabric to direct their inspection plans.

ABYSS also maintains a strategic partnership with Applus+, combining NDT and TIC expertise with ABYSS AI and software capabilities.
