OOGA Technologies bets on remote inspection to transform NDT
In a context where the demand for non-destructive testing (NDT) technicians far exceeds supply, technological innovation is becoming essential. OOGA Technologies, with an operational base in the Americas and ongoing international expansion, has positioned itself as a relevant player by offering solutions that combine remote inspection, artificial intelligence and collaboration between certified experts.
During an interview at ASNT 2025, Dale R. Lynn, Director of OOGA Technologies, shared details on how his company is addressing the energy and industrial industry's most pressing challenges through agnostic technology, advanced security and a network of specialized technical talent.
Agnostic platform for remote inspection
OOGA has developed a digital platform based on cloud computing that enables remote inspections without relying on specific software, facilitating the quick and easy connection of multiple tools and devices. According to Dale R. Lynn, the system is designed to allow clients in sectors such as aerospace, oil and gas, and utilities to manage their inspections with just a few clicks, streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.
The company has placed special emphasis on data security, integrating protocols such as multi-factor authentication and granular access management to enter the system. Each client has full control over their information and who can view or modify it, ensuring that each project remains isolated and controlled by designated users.

Level III expert network and AI
One of the most interesting aspects of OOGA's proposal is its marketplace of Level III and Level II experts, which allows companies to find highly qualified personnel in a quick and validated way. In addition, the company is actively involved in mentoring and training programs, seeking to alleviate the shortage of specialized technicians currently affecting industrial sectors.
On the other hand, although it is not yet fully deployed in its commercial version, AI already plays an important role within the company's ecosystem, conducting comparative studies with research groups and specialized symposia, as part of initiatives in the oil and gas sector.
Towards a more collaborative technical model
In short, the vision of OOGA Technologies is focused on combining advanced technology with a network of qualified human talent to offer an efficient alternative to today's NDT challenges. Remote inspection is no longer a concept of the future, but a reality that can accelerate projects, reduce costs and maintain operational integrity without compromising quality or safety.
