Volkswagen is set to launch the ID.4 in India later this year. With the launch of this model, the German automaker anticipates a significant boost in the country’s growing passenger vehicle market, expecting an increase in demand of between 5% and 7% for the sector overall and projecting its own growth of between 10% and 15%.

The launch of the Volkswagen ID.4, marking the brand’s entry into the electric vehicle (EV) segment. electric vehicle (EV) segment within the Indian market, is scheduled for launch in the last quarter of this year. The vehicle will arrive in India as a fully assembled (CBU) model and will initially be offered in a single version.
