Emirati company Micropolis Holding Co. highlighted at Make it in the Emirates 2025 by presenting its new autonomous robots, consolidating its leadership in technological solutions applied to safety, green automation and industrial efficiency. This event, recognized as the hub of innovation in the UAE, served as a showcase for its most advanced robotic fleet.

Autonomous robots for climate action and security

At its stand at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, Micropolis unveiled three robotic systems robotic systems designed to meet urgent challenges: the Forestry Robotic Unit, the M2 crate cleaner and the already known patrol M01.

The Forestry Robotics Unit is aimed at combating desertification by means of an integral system that combines a ground vehicle, a seeding drone and a robotic arm for soil restoration tasks. This solution is key to facilitate reforestation programs in remote or inaccessible areas, responding to the urgent need to scale environmental actions with technology.

The crate cleaner developed with MCS Robotics is designed for efficient cleaning of containers in the food and logistics industry. The fully autonomous system uses everything from dry ice blasting to pressure jets with visual AI to ensure hygienic standards without exposing operators to hazardous tasks.

Finally, the M01 patrol reaffirms its role as an urban security tool in Dubai. Capable of operating in dense or critical areas without human intervention, this unit integrates autonomous navigationThe M01 is capable of operating in dense or critical areas without human intervention, and integrates autonomous navigation, license plate recognition and perimeter surveillance with artificial intelligence.

Alliances for a robotic future in heavy industry

During the exhibition, Micropolis formalized a Memorandum of Understanding with Emirates Steel (EMSTEEL), a major player in the Emirati steel sector. This collaboration aims to implement autonomous ground vehicles and intelligent robotics solutions in its industrial operations. The agreement represents a drive towards sustainability and automation in traditionally complex industrial environments.

Institutional support and national commitment

The relevance of these innovations was reinforced by the visit of key figures from the Emirati government, including Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and other members of the cabinet, who toured the Micropolis booth to see first-hand the advances in robotics applied to security, environment and industry.

The presence of royalty and senior officials demonstrates the institutional backing for technological transformation and the political will to position the UAE as a global benchmark in indigenous high-tech solutions.

Make it in the Emirates 2025 consolidated Micropolis as one of the leaders in advanced robotics with environmental and social impact. Its proposal combines strategic vision, public-private partnerships and cutting-edge technology to transform critical sectors in urban and industrial environments.
