With over 15 years of experience in the organization, Banks has observed a significant evolution in female participation and diversity within the sector, a phenomenon she actively promotes through initiatives such as WITI (Women in the Tanks Industry).
A step towards female inclusion in the tank industry

The key has been reaching them directly, using email campaigns and word of mouth. WITI began as a small gathering in Orlando and has grown into a nationally recognized networking event.
