Xerox Brazil has determined through field work that most SMEs are pleased with the idea of automating processes through artificial intelligence in order to effectively use time to improve their business.

Currently, all companies are exposed to an over generation of information, which is determined by the dynamics of the productive activity that each one develops. Therefore, the key to ordering data lies in the use of artificial intelligence, systems that imitate human intelligence, to perform tasks through machine learning, a discipline of artificial intelligence that, through algorithms, equips data computers for predictive analytics.

In other words, through artificial intelligence and the discipline of machine learning, the data is validated automatically; whether it is contained in paper or digital format, this data is then entered into systems to advance mechanized processes.

For the company Xerox Brazil, the above described allows small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to operate efficiently and concentrate the workforce on relevant tasks and not on repetitive activities, although at the same time, it makes the caveat that it should also be considered what to do with the time saved by SMEs and turn the vision on promoting business growth.

It seems that Xerox Brazil has channeled its ideas, to provide content capture services, to contribute to the acceleration of the digital transformation of SMEs with the ultimate goal of modernizing tedious organizational processes, classifying and designing automatic catalogs to handle more and better the information embedded in documents.
