SLOM again (Chronicle of a reunion)

The XVIII SLOM Conference (Latin American Society of Maritime Oil and Monobuoy Operators), returns to Cartagena on October 5, 6 and 7. The cap. The SLOM Convention Cartagena! – Inspenet

One of the most emblematic cities in Colombia is Cartagena. There on June 1, 1533, Pedro de Heredia would arrive to lay the foundation stones of what later became the walled city, as this Colombian territory would initially be known.
It is a city very popular with tourists, given the quality of its people, its exquisite local cuisine, its history and of course its beaches.
