Aikido Technologies’ floating wind platform has received approval from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). This innovative design promises to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy at sea, reducing costs and optimizing logistics.
Aikido One Platform Design
The Aikido One unit, which was successfully tested at a 1:4 scale, is distinguished by its ability to fold during transport and quickly deploy at its final location. Thanks to its compact design, it can be assembled in smaller ports and transported on conventional barges , facilitating operation without the need for specialized infrastructure.
Its modular structure allows for agile installation and adaptation to different maritime conditions, while its dynamic anchoring system optimizes stability in deep waters. In addition, it incorporates advanced materials that improve its resistance to corrosion and reduce long-term maintenance costs.

Collaboration with ABS for certification
Since 2022, ABS has worked closely with Aikido Technologies on the certification of this technology , granting it a statement of maturity that supports its technical and commercial viability.
