EVA (Energía de Valor Ambiental), a joint venture between Limagas and Grupo HAM, has inaugurated a new LNG (liquefied natural gas) refueling station in Nasca, Peru. Located at kilometer 446 of the Pan-American Highway, this station offers a modern and efficient solution for heavy transport.
This project stands out for its innovative “Benito” station concept, designed to allow installation and start-up in less than 24 hours. The station has an 80 m³ tank and two dispensers that allow quick and easy refueling for trucks and heavy vehicles, keeping the gas in optimal conditions.
LNG refueling station with 24/7 remote monitoring
One of the main advantages of the EVA’s LNG station in Nasca is its self-service is its self-service system available 24 hours a day throughout the year. The station is monitored remotely, allowing customers to contact the technical team at any time to resolve doubts or incidents.
EVA is committed to environmentally friendly fuels such as LNG, CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) and biomethane, all of which have a lower environmental impact. These fuels allow a significant reduction in CO₂, fine particulate matter and nitrous oxide emissions, promoting cleaner and more efficient transportation on Peruvian roads.
The company has ambitious plans for the future, with the intention of opening between 10 and 15 additional service stations by December 2025. With this, EVA seeks to continue leading the shift towards more sustainable and accessible mobility in Peru.
