José Perdomo invites to the 21st SLOM in Panama
On behalf of the Latin American Society of Marine Oil and Monobuoy Terminal Operators (SLOM), José Perdomo, secretary of the organization, extended an official invitation to participate in the 21st SLOM Conference, to be held in Panama City on September 24, 25 and 26.
A key meeting for the regional energy sector
The event, considered one of the most important in the technical calendar of the oil and port sector, will bring together professionals and experts from across Latin America to discuss topics related to innovation, development, and operations in maritime hydrocarbon terminals.
According to Perdomo, this event will be a new opportunity to strengthen professional ties, share specialized knowledge and discuss cutting-edge trends in the energy port sector.
Panama City, strategic headquarters
The choice of the Panamanian capital as the venue reaffirms its position as a logistics hub in the region. Previous conferences have shown that, in addition to the technical content, these events foster a professional community committed to the continuous improvement of the sector.
Likewise, the face-to-face format seeks to foster direct exchange between operators, technicians, engineers and authorities in the maritime and energy fields, promoting collaborative learning.
An open call to the entire industry
SLOM's invitation is addressed to operators, specialized companies, regulatory agencies and independent professionals working in areas related to the operation of maritime terminals, storage and transportation of hydrocarbons.
With this event, SLOM reinforces its role as a platform for technical articulation in Latin America, generating spaces where experience and technology converge in the service of safety and operational efficiency.
