NISTM 2025 has a confirmed date and venue, to be held December 9-11 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott, Texas. The 18th edition of the National Aboveground Storage Tank Conference & Trade Show will bring together operators, engineers, manufacturers, consultants and government representatives related to the AST sector. The event is designed as a platform to update technical knowledge, explore new market solutions and strengthen networking in a professional environment.
In addition to the conferences, NISTM 2025 will feature a free trade exhibition and training spaces that address everything from technical fundamentals to specific topics such as liquid terminals or aviation fueling.
The conference program includes papers focused on regulations, operation, maintenance, design and emerging technologies applied to storage tanks. The organizers have already opened their Call for Papers, which promises a diverse agenda oriented to the current challenges of the industry.
The participation of experts from various areas ensures relevant technical content for companies of all sizes and related sectors, from energy and petrochemicals to logistics and environmental consulting.

The event will open on December 9 with a day of social activities, which will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a meeting of Women in the Tanks Industry (WiTI)a space dedicated to strengthening the role of women in this technical field. Afterwards, at 7:30 p.m., a welcome reception open to all attendees will be held.
On the other hand, the traditional golf tournament will offer a relaxed experience and an opportunity to strengthen ties between colleagues and company representatives. The tournament has its own registration form and sponsorship opportunities.
