From Villahermosa, Mexico, during the IMCORRS 2023 conference, Antonio Zavarce of Inspenet interviewed Rociel Barrera, President of the AMDTH Association (Mexican Association of Pipelines and Hydrocarbon Transportation), highlighting the importance of participating in events such as IMCORRS to promote and revitalize its traditional International Pipeline Congress, which had a break since 2015.
Rociel shared with us that AMDTH , being the first Mexican association of its kind, has worked hard to offer a space to companies dedicated to the pipeline and hydrocarbon transportation sector in Mexico.
Barrera stressed that one of the main objectives of AMDTH is to promote energy development and create beneficial working and employment conditions. He also highlighted the importance of social dialogue, assuring that the association seeks to support communities that are affected both positively and negatively by the industry.
” We expressed our interest and hope that Inspenet cameras will participate in the future congress and we were grateful for the opportunity to learn more about the work of the association ,” added Rociel, thanking the interview and reaffirming the association’s enthusiasm to strongly resume its role in the Mexican market.
