E-MIX XT: Advancing material mixing and dispensing
The E-MIX XT, the first fully electric variable ratio proportioner in the United States, allows contractors to mix materials at ratios ranging from 1:1 to 6:1, making it ideal for a wide range of protective coatings, including epoxies and polyureas. The E-MIX XT is designed for mobile applications, offering an intuitive touchscreen interface for controlling temperature, mix ratios, and settings. Additionally, its built-in flush pump ensures quick material changes, reducing downtime during projects and allowing contractors to maintain high efficiency in the field.
King E-MAX XT: High-Performance Spraying
Another highlight of Graco’s presentation was the King E-MAX XT, an industrial electric sprayer launching later this year. This sprayer delivers high-flow and high-pressure performance with the ability to reach up to 7,250 psi, making it perfect for demanding applications in industrial coatings. Powered by Graco’s XT motor technology, the King E-MAX XT eliminates the need for compressors, significantly reducing operational costs and eliminating the reliance on diesel fuel. This product is designed to provide unmatched mobility and efficiency, even in the most challenging work environments.
