Cybertruck in Mexico and Canada

Through social networks, the Texas Gigafactory has shown that production of the Cybertruck has increased, allowing Tesla to fulfill international orders more quickly. Although the model is already available for new orders in the United States, Tesla is prioritizing deliveries of the premium version called the“Foundation Series” which includes all available options and costs an additional $20,000 USD, bringing its total price above $100,000 USD.

In Mexico, some Cybertrucks have been spotted ready for delivery to service centers, as reported by the local owners’ club. Meanwhile, in Canada, reservation holders can order their Cybertruck, with the first deliveries scheduled for“late October,” according to Tesla Cybertruck program manager Siddhant Awasthi.

Tesla’ s strategy appears to be initially focused on the luxury market, taking advantage of the enthusiasm generated by this revolutionary vehicle. However, the company is expected to begin offering the more affordable versions of the Cybertruck once demand for the Foundation series wanes.

This process of market expansion and adaptation will allow Tesla to consolidate its position in the electric vehicle industry, improving regulatory and export processes, not only in the United States, but also in the rest of North America.
