Solar Steel has launched its innovative 1P solar tracker: TracSmarT+1P, designed to take photovoltaic projects to a new level of efficiency. This new device promises to transform the industry by improving the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE), optimizing performance, and reducing installation times.
Optimized design for easy installation
One of the main advantages of the TracSmarT+1P is its simplified design, which significantly reduces assembly time. Thanks to its optimized structure, solar projects can be installed more quickly, speeding up commissioning, reducing labor costs, and accelerating the return on investment.

Solar Steel’s new 1P solar tracker stands out for its ability to tilt up to 60 degrees, allowing it to capture more sunlight throughout the day, even in harsh weather conditions. Whether in heavy rain or hail, the system’s adjustability ensures more reliable and consistent energy performance, improving the overall efficiency of the PV system .
Fewer parts, more reliability
In its design, Solar Steel has reduced the number of moving parts, minimizing potential mechanical failures and reducing maintenance costs. Fewer components also means greater durability and a longer lifespan for solar systems, resulting in a more cost-effective investment in the long run.
To ensure system stability in high wind conditions, the TracSmarT+1P solar tracker is equipped with a mechanical locking system that ensures the tracker remains in its desired position. This feature contributes to system reliability, protecting the infrastructure and reducing aeroelastic effects.
SmarTSlope technology for terrain adaptation
One of the most notable innovations of this solar tracker is its SmarTSlope technology , which allows the system to efficiently adapt to uneven terrain. This capability ensures the tracker can be installed in a wide variety of environments without the need for shortened rows, improving solar energy capture in complex terrain.
The TracSmarT+1P is designed for conventional photovoltaic installations and also offers a version adaptable for agrivoltaic applications . This option, presented under the AgriPV by Solar Steel line, allows the solar tracker to adapt to the needs of advanced agriculture and livestock, complying with European regulations for solar projects on agricultural land. It also offers an adaptable ground clearance of up to 2.1 meters, ensuring that crops or livestock are not compromised.
