John explained the centrifugal blasting process, a technique that uses two 30-horsepower motors to spin turbines that blast shot against the surface to be cleaned. This method is effective for removing mill scale, rust, dirt, paint and old coatings, with an integrated vacuum that collects the debris and deposits it in a 55-gallon drum. The steel shot used in the process is recycled within the machine until it becomes waste, underscoring RBW Enterprises’ focus on sustainability.

“Everything is recycled in the machine itself until it is broken down and vacuumed along with the material being extracted.”

It is important to mention that RBW Enterpri s is not only manufactures and sells these innovative products, but also provides a comprehensive service to its customers, including training and demonstrations at its facilities. This dedication to customer service ensures that users of their equipment obtain maximum performance and efficiency in their cleaning operations.

For those interested in learning more about RBW Enterprises and its centrifugal blasting technology, John Vogel invites the community to connect through LinkedIn LinkedIn, visit his website where more than 50 video demonstrations of the machine in action can be found, or explore their social media. The versatility and efficiency of its equipment make RBW Enterprises a leader in the industrial cleaning industry.

RBW Enterprises leads the way to more effective and sustainable industrial cleaning

In a demonstration, John Vogel delved into the capabilities of its revolutionary cleaning technology, highlighting the dust collector and the main machine, the FasterBlaster32 . This presentation underscored RBW’s commitment to innovation and efficiency in industrial cleaning solutions.

RBW Enterprises’ dust collector, a centerpiece of its cleaning system, integrates an electrical panel box that controls all equipment and accessories via a handheld remote control. With a 100-foot vacuum hose attached to the main machine, the system efficiently picks up debris, coatings, rust and used surface material, depositing it into a 55-gallon drum for easy, clean disposal.

This machine, designed to work on large surfaces such as tanks, plates, bridges, ships and pipelines, stands out for its efficiency and versatility. Equipped with two 30-horsepower motors, this machine efficiently removes dirt and old coatings from the old coatings, with the dust collector with the dust collector ensuring the cleanliness of the worked surface, either horizontally or vertically.

In addition, Vogel introduced several accessories that enhance the functionality of the FasterBlaster32. FasterBlaster32 including a roof attachment for tanks with conical or dome roofs, which facilitates cleaning through a remotely controlled lifting system. Other accessories allow cleaning around obstacles such as wind beams and spiral staircases, as well as the treatment of the internal walls of tanks with different types of roofs. All these components are easily operated by remote control, demonstrating the flexibility and adaptability of the system.

Undoubtedly, RBW Enterprises’ participation in AMPP 2024 highlights its innovation in the field of centrifugal blasting and also reflects its commitment to developing cleaning solutions that are both effective and environmentally friendly. With equipment capable of operating on multiple surfaces and orientations, the company is leading the way to a future where industrial cleaning is not only more efficient, but also more sustainable.
