The signing of the agreement comes just a few days after Greenlyte secured millions of dollars in funding from the European Union and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia for its LiquidSolar plant. With this backing, the company advances its goal of deploying its technology in industrial and transportation centers in Europe and other global markets.

For its part, MB Energy brings its expertise in fuel logistics, marketing and access to international markets. This alliance enhances its commitment to supplying synthetic and sustainable fuels, offering its customers viable alternatives to reduce their carbon footprint.

Greenlyte’s patented LiquidSolar system produces essential feedstocks for e-methanol, e-diesel and eSAF at prices competitive with current fuels. The company aims to capture 100 million tons of CO₂ annually by 2050, integrating as a key element in the zero-emission energy infrastructure.

Both companies agree that access to renewable fuels is essential to ensure energy security and industrial competitiveness. The pact establishes a cooperation model that seeks to accelerate the adoption of e-fuels in strategic sectors and contribute to international climate goals.
