Fugro has signed two multi-year contracts with Constellation, one of Brazil’s leading offshore services companies, in order to support strategic deepwater exploration operations in deepwater exploration operations. The activities will focus on two key regions: the consolidated Campos Basin and the growing Equatorial Margin.

Offshore contracts to boost exploration in Brazil

Operations will begin this quarter in the Campos Basinon board the Tidal Action, followed by a second campaign in 2026 using the Amaralina Star to operate in the Equatorial Margin. Both vessels will be equipped with FCV® 3000 ROV SYSTEMSROV® 3000 systems, designed for complex marine environments and operated by Brazilian teams.

These systems will enable inspections of subsea equipment, seabed observations and intervention activities in areas where technical complexity requires advanced solutions and precise execution.

An alliance that strengthens capabilities on the equatorial margin

The collaboration with Constellation marks a step forward in the management of highly complex offshore operations. The Equatorial Margin represents one of Brazil’s new energy frontiers, where technical adaptability will be critical to the success of the campaigns.

Fugro and Constellation will continue to work together to ensure that the solutions implemented not only align with the country’s energy objectives, but also with international standards of sustainability and operational efficiency.
