DAH Solar announced the expansion of its solar panel line with the launch of its innovative frameless double-glass solar module using TOPCon cell technology. This new offering represents the third generation of its patented “Full Screen” technology, introducing what the company calls the “Full Screen 3.0 Era”.
The company highlights its achievement as the first manufacturer in the industry to offer frameless double-glazed PV modules on all four sides of the front, a feature that also integrates anti-dust properties to prevent sand accumulation.
This unique design allows the modules to be installed both vertically and horizontally, optimizing their functionality in extreme conditions, such as in mountainous areas, where vertical installation prevents snow accumulation on the module.
Double-glass solar modules with TOPCon cells
The modules incorporate the company’s latest bifacial TOPCon cells, which have achieved an average mass production efficiency of 26.50%. In addition, DAH Solar uses a high-barrier encapsulant and the most advanced laser-optimized contact metallization (LECO) technology.
In addition, DAH’s Full Screen Double-Glass PV Modules boast an exceptionally high bifaciality rate of 85%, which translates into superior power generation. These innovations ensure an increase in average annual energy generation of between 6 and 15%.
DAH Solar’s introduction of “Full Screen Era 3.0” underscores the advancement in solar module efficiency and design and highlights a growing commitment to environmental sustainability. By eliminating frames that are often made from non-renewable materials and improving the efficiency of solar power generation, DAH Solar is setting a new standard for the industry. This innovation promises not only to improve the profitability of solar projects, but also to reduce their environmental impact, marking a significant step towards a greener and more sustainable future.
