Orient Cable announced that the long-range heavy-lift barge Dongfang Haigong 07 (DFHG 07) has successfully completed its first mission. This achievement was carried out within the framework of the Hollandse Kust West Beta (HkWB) project in the Netherlands, a key component for the development of offshore wind energy .

DFHG 07 results in the first operation

The Dongfang Haigong 07 barge, specifically designed for transporting submarine cables , demonstrated its ability to handle complex operations. After completing component delivery on the HkWB project, the barge returned to the NBO Digital Factory dock for scheduled maintenance including technical inspections and operational adjustments . This approach ensures its readiness for future missions.
