Eurazeo has invested €70 million in the MPC OSE Offshore platform , developed jointly with MPC Capital AG, OS Energy GmbH and other partners, dedicated to the development, construction and management of service vessels designed to operate in offshore wind farms.
Construction of service vessels
This is the seventh investment made by the Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund ( ETIF ), under a sustainable investment strategy. With this project, the company strengthens its commitment to the rapid expansion of offshore renewable energy.
