Enfinity Global has signed power purchase agreements(PPAs) for the supply of 420 MW of renewable energy in Italy, in collaboration with a U.S. technology company.

The projects associated with these contracts are part of a portfolio of photovoltaic developments photovoltaic developments developments in Italy. With this operation, the company strengthens its position as an independent energy supplier in one of the most active European markets for clean energy.
Although the identity of the U.S. corporation has not been disclosed, this agreement is evidence of the technology sector’s interest in securing long-term sustainable supplies. Such a trend is consistent with the strategy of many companies in the digital sector, which seek to minimize carbon impact through direct green power purchase agreements.
With 805 MW contracted in the last two years through PPAs, Enfinity has consolidated its position as the main player in the solar segment in Italy. According to the latest report from the Elemens consulting firm, the company is currently the largest independent power producer in the country.
Internationally, Enfinity Global manages more than 35 GW of projects in various stages of development. The US-based firm, with a presence in Europe, Japan and India, seeks to actively contribute to global decarbonization through clean and safe energy solutions.
