The companies EnchufeSolar and Risen have carried out a major combined installation of photovoltaic technology, storage and an advanced energy management system. At the heart of this operation is Estratego, a multi-brand EMS platform that has demonstrated its ability to improve industrial energy efficiency.
The installation of the Estratego intelligent system
This new project integrates 929.02 kWp in solar panels together with 1,075 kWh in batteries distributed in five Risen “All in One” units. All of this is coordinated by Estratego, which makes real-time decisions on when to store, consume or discharge energy, adjusting the system to energy demand and reducing the electricity bill through techniques such aspeak shaving.
The inclusion of the Estratego system allows detailed control of the facility, through its integrated SCADA, which provides alarms, data traceability and advanced maintenance functions. This automation provides a strategic competitive advantage: dynamically adapting to production shifts, seasonal changes or specific needs.
Risen provides its storage technology, while EnchufeSolar enhances its value proposition with a system capable of evolving with the installation. The collaboration between the two companies is consolidating as a strategic commitment to the development of intelligent self-consumption in Spain.
This system can generate more than 600,000 kWh per year and substantially reduce external energy dependence. As a result, there is an increase in the hours of consumption with own energy and a lower impact of variable electricity rates.
Juan Molinero, Risen’s sales director for PV & BESS DG, mentioned that EnchufeSolar represents one of the most important partners for the company in the Spanish market. This alliance allows us to accelerate the adoption of smart energy storage, essential for a more robust and sustainable energy transition.
The integration of Estratego in this installation is a step forward in the evolution of business self-consumption. With a robust, flexible and efficiency-focused technological solution, EnchufeSolar and Risen are positioned as leaders in industrial energy transformation.
