Emerson Company announced the launch of AspenTech Subsurface Intelligence (ASI), an open, cloud-native space that integrates artificial intelligence to convert subsurface workflows and accelerate decision making in exploration and production(E&P) projects.

Designed to operate on the industry-standard OSDU data platform, ASI automates multidisciplinary processes and unlocks critical information trapped in organizational silos. In addition, its library of domain-specific agents and its AI-based virtual AI-based virtual advisor enable technical teams to optimize production, minimize operating expenses and improve asset profitability.

It also integrates seamlessly with existing software ecosystems, including legacy applications and other solutions from AspenTech’s Subsurface Science and Engineering (SSE) portfolio.
