The PANNDT 2025 event, organized by CINDE and led by researcher Ed Cabral, has exceeded all expectations, consolidating itself as one of the most important meetings of the year in the non-destructive testing(NDT) industry.

The development of PANNDT 2025

Over six years in the planning, the conference has brought together professionals, researchers and leaders from multiple continents, creating an unprecedented venue for technical collaboration and cultural exchange.

Cabral, a renowned international business trainer and developer, highlighted the favorable feedback and record attendance, which surpassed the expected goals. Among the most relevant activities, he mentioned an inaugural session on NDT applied to art and heritage, the participation of an Olympic speaker and a full agenda of technical panels addressing the latest advances in the discipline.

On the other hand, Ontario’s historic hydroelectric station was presented, where attendees will descend 200 feet in an original elevator and travel 2000 yards to the base of the Niagara River, merging history, technology and innovation.

Wednesday’s gala will include a tribute to leading industry figures, as well as a cultural performance by Argentine flamenco dancers, in honor of the upcoming hosting of the ICNDT 2028 World Congress in Buenos Aires. PANNDT is held under the umbrella of ICNDT, bringing together societies from across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Oceania, and strengthens the global community’s commitment to advancing the nondestructive testing.

The NDT community is incredibly close-knit. Seeing colleagues from all over the world come together after years is priceless.

The community spirit here is what makes it really special.

Cabral emphasized.
