The acquired blocks operate under the leadership of Petrobras and stand out for their operational stability. This acquisition responds to Brava’s strategy of optimizing its capital allocation through low-risk, high-return investments. The company thus focuses on operations that strengthen its cash flow and contribute to reducing its leverage level.

Brava Energia’s CEO, Richard Kovacs, noted that this transaction reflects a firm commitment to a long-term vision based on efficiency and diversification. This purchase expands Brava’s presence in the Brazilian offshore scene and strengthens its position within the regional energy industry.

In an environment of constant portfolio review, the company seeks to consolidate its presence in markets with high production potential, such as Brazil. This development enhances Brava’s financial strength through income-generating assets and without immediate intensive investment requirements.
