Electric vehicle charging point operator Believ and Wallbox , a global leader in energy management solutions, announce a collaboration to improve and enhance charging system infrastructure in the United Kingdom.
An improvement in the electric vehicle charging system
Through this alliance, Believ integrates Wallbox ‘s Supernova models into its offering, with capacities of 60 kW , 120 kW , 150 kW and 220 kW. These chargers are designed to meet the growing demand for charging on the road and at destinations, optimizing recharging time for drivers. In addition, Wallbox’s scalable technology ensures that charging operators can adapt to the increase in the electric vehicle fleet .
Drivers need to see that charging technology works well in convenient locations that provide regular ride services, as well as at their favorite restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Critical to this is that CPOs provide the full range of charging speeds based on the needs of the location and the driver’s dwell times.
Guy Bartlett, CEO of Believ.
Believ, backed by Liberty Global and Zouk Capital , strengthens its commitment to offering convenient charging options in strategic locations, from residential streets to gas stations and shopping malls.
The collaboration with Believ allows us to bring our high-performance charging technology to more drivers across the UK, ensuring they have access to fast, reliable charging where they need it most. With our scalable solutions, we are not only meeting current charging needs, but also supporting the UK’s transition to an electrified future.
Douglas Alfaro, director of fast charging at Wallbox.
