The Brazilian energy market adds a new offshore unit with the arrival of the ADMARINE 511, a jack-up type platform jack-up platform owned by ADES Holding Company, which will start operations in partnership with Constellation Oil Services.
This platform marks a new advance in shallow water drilling campaigns in the regions of Sergipe, Alagoas, Ceará and Potiguar, under contract with Petrobras.
The importance of the ADMARINE 511 platform
The incorporation of ADMARINE 511 reinforces ADES’ international expansion strategy, which continues to expand its presence beyond the Middle East and Africa.
For its part, Constellation Oil Services strengthens its position as a leading operator in Brazil. The company has accompanied all the preparation stages of the platform, ensuring that it meets the required technical standards and is ready to be fully integrated into coastal operations under environmental and efficiency requirements.
The collaboration with Petrobras includes strategic drilling campaigns campaigns in key basins offshore Brazil. This agreement marks the second third-party unit operated by Constellation for the state-owned oil company.
The ADMARINE 511 was inspected and validated with satisfactory results in terms of structural integrity, operating systems and technical staffing. Operations are scheduled to commence in the coming weeks, aiming for an efficient execution to meet regional energy goals.
