360Energy inaugurates solar power plant as the official opening of the PSF La Rioja II Solar Park in Argentina. 360Energy inaugurates solar power plant called “La Rioja II”.
With the capacity to generate approximately 55 GWh per year, the wind farm stands out for its 22 MW installation. The infrastructure of the La Rioja II FSP includes 92 inverters, 682 Arctech solar trackers and 38,412 photovoltaic panels panels manufactured by Astroenergy and Trina Solar, demonstrating the integration of state-of-the-art technology in its construction.
In addition, this project is part of the 360Energy La Rioja Solar Complex, which occupies nearly 300 hectares of previously unused land. Once all phases are completed, the complex will have a total capacity of 128 MWp, distributed among the 36 MW of La Rioja III, the 22 MW of the recently inaugurated “La Rioja II” and the future 70 MW to be provided by La Rioja I and IV.
Maximiliano Ivanissevich, the Director of Corporate Affairs of 360Energy expressed his enthusiasm for the recent inauguration, highlighting this achievement as a sign of the company’s strong commitment to innovation, sustainability and its key role in the transition to cleaner energy sources in Argentina.
