The organization was formed through the combination of capabilities between ADNOC and BP, setting out a drilling plan that includes the Atoll West and Nofrit wells. Likewise, this campaign is part of a national framework that aims to carry out more than a hundred exploratory drillings during the current year, 2026.

Following inspection reports carried out in Las Palmas, the Valaris DS-12 infrastructure meets the industry’s most demanding standards. Safety systems and technical staff readiness ensure high-precision operations in the depths of the eastern Mediterranean.

It is important to note that this deployment seeks favorable results and is part of a five-year roadmap designed to double current production capacity.

The Emirati-British alliance’s commitment to the Egyptian sector follows a logic of stability and geological potential. By establishing Egypt as its regional operations base, Arcius Energy secures a competitive advantage in natural resource management.

Ongoing investment and government support through economic incentives are making offshore exploration a fundamental pillar for the region’s energy security.
