Mechanical Engineer, specializing in Reliability of industrial systems. He has 17 years of experience in the Venezuelan oil industry and more than 15 years in the area of consulting and teaching courses in Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, during which time he has trained more than 2000 people and has participated in more than 100 projects in Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, in the main oil companies in the region and in companies such as cement, food, automotive, among others.

In his career he has provided technical and leadership support in reliability/maintenance engineering improvement processes, development of asset management strategies and performance evaluation for the Oil and Gas Industry in companies such as cement, food, automotive, drinks, among others.

He has been a leader in the design and implementation of reliability improvement programs and strategies, focused on increasing the availability, reliability and cost reduction of the life cycle of equipment and systems, through the application of reliability engineering studies and the best asset management practices. Specialist in RCA and RCM.
