World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition 2026 in Rotterdam: where the big hydrogen deals get done
The World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition 2026 is one of the industry’s most influential gatherings to accelerate projects, investments and partnerships across the hydrogen value chain. The 2026 edition returns to Rotterdam Ahoy (The Netherlands) from May 19-21, 2026, establishing itself as a key meeting point for governments, industry, finance and R&D looking to turn roadmaps into real deployment, at scale.
Organized by the Sustainable Energy Council and RX Global, and in collaboration with Dutch institutional actors, the event is presented as an “official” space to compare progress against decarbonization targets and forge partnerships with tangible impact in the 2030s.
The program has two major components:
- Strategic Summit (May 19-21) with high-level agenda, strategic sessions and networking spaces.
- Exhibition (May 20-21), with access to technologies, solutions and suppliers in a business environment focused on execution.
Scale also matters: the event communicates 10,000+ attendees, 500+ exhibitors and 300+ speakers, plus multiple pavilions and technical spaces. And in 2026 it adds an additional incentive: the addition of a co-located CCUS World Summit & Exhibition, aligned with the need to integrate hydrogen and carbon capture/use/storage into net-zero strategies.
For technical, business and government teams, this meeting is especially valuable if your objective is to: identify partners for projects (production, infrastructure, derivatives), contrast standards and regulatory approaches, access applicable innovation (technology and supply chain) and participate in conversations where investment priorities are defined. In addition, site visits linked to projects in the Port of Rotterdam are mentioned, a practical differential to understand real deployments.
