Serfimex Capital launched its new financial product Serfimex Solar into the renewable energy market; a platform specially designed to finance projects through distributors of photovoltaic energy panels in Mexico, in which the best scenario for each project is modeled and mathematically calculated like no other platform on the market.
This platform is not focused on residential projects like most other products, instead it sought to create tailor-made financing for the industrial, commercial, hotel and hospital sectors, which will help them to adequately and tailor-made finance these investments. .
Serfimex Solar will allow distributors to quote credit lines in real time that they can offer their customers to finance the acquisition of panels from $500,000 pesos and in terms of up to 72 months. Guaranteeing that the monthly cost for the credit will be similar to or less than the savings generated by the panels, making the installation of clean energy an excellent investment to reduce the constant rise that we observe in energy costs.
In addition to the benefits that the client receives by being able to meet their energy needs, the panel distributor does not use their working capital or absorb the risk of directly financing their clients. The financier takes on this role, helping the supplier boost sales and achieve large-scale projects that could not be completed without the support of adequate financing lines.
