Jay Cruz

Jay Cruz is the Senior Director for Government Affairs at ILTA. He leads the association’s legislative and regulatory advocacy and oversees its main policy group, the EGHSS Committee. He holds a B.A. in Government & Politics (University of Maryland), an M.A. in International Security (Sciences Po), and an M.Sc. in International Relations (LSE).
